My Background
The love of the Gulfs beautiful beaches & tropical climate brought Chelie Plicinski, and her family to Florida 18 years ago from her hometown in New Jersey . She grew up in a town much like Sarasota where she started building her career in the banking industry while attending her first year of college. The Sarasota/Bradenton area was a natural fit for her to raise her family.
Chelie started with a career in the banking industry, meanwhile she earned her business degree,and a teaching certificate for preschool and kindergarden.
Chelie managed a retail store, was a wedding planner, and even organized fashion shows. She later found herself in a career of property management, where she was responsible for marketing, and leasing many rental units in a local apartment complex.
Her career as a property manager was a natural segway to a career in general real estate, so in 2005 she obtained her Real Estate License.

Chelie continues to educate herself working towards her CRS which will designate her in becoming a Certified Residential Specialist. Chelie’s belief is that knowledge is her strength and she will work hard to better serve her clients.
