Neighborhood Info with links too.  I compiled this list as a resouce to research different neighborhoods in Manatee County.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club- Homes and Condos Range from 200’s-multi-millions, championship golf, and gulf access boating together.  700 hundred homes with 18 home golf coures. 2 club houses, community pool, docks, gym, and playground.

Lakewood Ranch Master-planned community in East Mantee County of condos multi-family, townhomes, single family, luxury executive.  Prices range from 200’s-Multi-Million. 3 Championship golf courses, privat e club, world class fitness center, miles of trails, and extensive parks, and nature parks, main street shopping district, movie theatre, fine dining, tennis courts, baseball fields, A rated schools close, and much more

Tidewater Preserve. Condos, Carriage homes, Single Family Homes. Prices range from 200,000 to 4,000,000 plus. Located on the Manatee River in Manatee County. The neighborhood features luxury upscale ammenties, gated entrance, scenic waterviews, nature trails, har tru tennis courts with tennis pro, 122 boat slip marina, private boat slips with select home sites, 11,000 sq ft clubhouse with pool, excercise, and dining. 

Panther Ridge Master Planned Equstrian Community Consisting of 5 neighborhoods ranging from 1 acre parcels to 10+ acres, homes ranging from 200,000-2,000,000 plus.  Panther ridge is a horse lover’s paradise with over 15 miles of nature trails, and large estate homes.  Tennis, and Playground areas.

Peridia Golf and Country Club. Golf community with homes ranging in price from the high 100,000’s to the 600,000’s.  TheFeaturing an active clubhouse and plenty of community activites. 18 hole course, dining, pool, and extensive activitiy programs.

Tara Golf Club.  Single Family homes and Condos in Manatee County.  Located near State Road 70 and Interstate 75. This community has residences that range in price from 100,000’s thru 1,000,000.  Great Golf, peaceful preserve settings, and luxury homes define this neighborhood with close access to Bradenton, and Sarasota county.

Country Meadows.  Lennar and Medallion Home Community located in East Manatee County.  Located off of Upper Manatee River Road. Homes are all on minimum of half acre lots, and range in price from 2400 sqft to 4400 sqft.  Prices range from 300,000- 800,000’s.  All homes feature brickpavered driveways, and tile roofs.  Many homes feature open floor plans, volume ceilings, and luxury ammenties.

Country Creek.  East Mantee Community located near SR64.  Home sites are minimu of 1/2 acre, with sizes ranging from 2000 sq ft and up.  Prices range from the high 200’s thru 700,000.  Country Creek was developed and features top quality builders with a good mix of styles that make for a desirable community feel.  Close location to shopping, and A rated schools, large home sites.

Greenfield Planation.  18 hole public golf community features excellent value for homeowners.  Prices range from 200’s thru 600’s. Homes range in size from 1400 sqft thru 3500 sqft.  Maintance free to Single family homes.  Low association fees and a great location close to schools, shopping, and close to the Interstate.  Highly desirable golf neighborhood in Manatee County.

Mill Creek.  Large home sites in established east Manatee county.  Home prices range from the 200’s thru 600’s.  All homes are on at least 1/2 an acre and many on 1 acre plus sites.  Mill Creek features homes that are from 1500 sq ft and up.  Deed restrictions maintain and have created an established neighborhood feel, combined with large home sites, and a great location, all make this a great manatee neighborhood.

Greyhawk Landing.  Gated community in East Manatee County.  Home prices range from high 200’s thru 800’s.  Home are all single family and range in size from 1500 sqft thru 4200 sq ft.  Sub neighborhoods featue different levels of homes with entry level, and also luxury appointed homes.  Excellent communty ammenties include: communtiy pool, with kiddie water park, playgrounds, baseball fields, soccer fields, miles of nature trails and gym.  This has become a great neighborhood in Manatee County that is 95% built out.  Builders include Lennar homes, US Homes, Sam Rogers Homes, and Homes by Towne.

Rosedale Golf and Country Club. Gated golf course neighborhood in East bradenton in Manatee County.  Located just east of I75 on SR70.  Homes range in price from 200’s thru 1,000,000 plus. Models include maintance free paired homes, detached single family, and estate sized single family.  Excellent value community and Location are big pluses for the neighbood.  Compared with some of the other newer subdivision the fes are low since there is no CDD fee.  18 hole course, tennis courts, swimming pools, community center, dining, and active event schedule make this an ideal place to call home in Manatee County.

Regal Oaks  Neighborhood of 120 Single Family Homes built, and developed by Diamond Homes, homes were constructed between 2000-2004 home sizes 1300 sqft thru 2400 sqft with prices from the low 200’s thru 300’s.  5 minutes to Univeristy, and close to Downtown Sarasota, and Bradenton.  The Deed restricted neighborhood features low fees, and a community pool.

North West Bradenton.  Established area made up of various older neighborhoods, and a few newer areas.  North West Bradenton has historically experienced a slow overall turnover of homes.  Homes range from historic bungalows, and fixer uppers in the 100’s thru Multi million Mega Estates.  Riverview Bld in Bradenton is home to some of the most magnificent estate homes located on the Manatee River.  North West Bradenton features close proximity to the manatee river for boating, and quick access to Ana Maria, Bradenton beach, and Longboat key.  Worthwhile to consider if you are looking for well established areas with mixed housing, mature landscaping, fixer upper potential, and also less restrictive communites.

Ana Maria Island  Named as a top beach getaway desintation by Conde Naste for 2007. Ana Maria is a step back to a more simple time.  The Homes and Condos range from 200’s for efficencies thru multi million dollar estates.  Community fishing piers, excellent resteraunts, and world class beaches make this a top attraction in Manatee County for visitors and residents alike.

Bradenton Beach.  A small beach front community that is made up of quaint homes, luxury mansions, and plenty of vacation rentals, and condos.  Prices range from the 300’s and up.  Great Beaches, cool, shops, and places to eat. Cocina beach is a famous destination for travelers with miles of free brace access for all of manatee county  residents, and vistors.

Longboat Key.  Home and Condos ranging from the 100’s and up,up, up( some to over 30,000,000!)  Longboat has a wide range of homes from the more modest “village” at the north end with community arts center, and libary to the ultra high end mansions, and beachfront condos of the long boat key club.  Longboat allure is the excellent services for residents, and the draw of some of the most private beaches in the area.  Long boat key club combines world class golf, and resort living for it’s guests and residents.  The Colony has consistently been voted a top tennis destination
