My wife and I have been selling real estate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties since 2002.  We started with the purpose of serving the real estate needs of all buyers and sellers in our area. Some of our key markets include the East Area of Manatee County, Bay and river Front.  We sell a wide range of homes, and our buyers appreciate our knowledge of the wider market.

Currently we are working hard in the short sale market, foreclosures, and investment homes.  Our market prices have been dropping for the past 4 years and there has never been a better time to buy in our area.  Home prices as of late 2009 are almost the same as 10 years ago!
