Joe Murphy was able to finally help unload a HUGE burden off of my back that I had been dealing with for two years. I was ready to give up when I was referred to Joe. I had been in the short sale process with a different realtor over 14 months that I feel did not always have my best interest at heart nor was educated enough in the short sale process to really help me and ended up with a buyer that eventually backed out (10 months into the process). It was like pulling teeth to get answers, updates, phone calls, etc. from the previous realtor. I was relying on her as the expert and was completely let down.
