<div>I was very impressed with the condition of the condo, boat dock, pool area and general grounds.  It was clear to see that there is pride of ownership from the owners.  Fees are reasonable for 330 a month, including insurance, building dues, etc.  Just pay water and electric and your set.  The boat dock can handle a 25 foot boat, and has a 10,000 lb lift as well.  120,000 is a bargain for this nice of a condo, in a gated intimate condo complex.</div>
