I started watching Income Property a lot lately and by renting out a part of your house, you can really supplement your income a lot and by putting it toward your monthly mortgage payment, you can make it waaaaaay cheaper for yourself.

I’m always on the go so I like to rent, but I used to always feel like I was throwing my money away because I wasn’t getting “ownership” in the end.
