Country Meadows is one of my favorite neighborhoods in East Manatee County.. For home buyers looking in east bradenton, Country meadows offers what Buyers like. home sites are big, all homes have tile roofs, all homes have a paver driveway. Not too many affordable neighborhoods have large lots, low fees, and a high minimum requirement on the build.
As a busy bradenton real estate agent, I have found that many buyer’s today like the idea of deed restricted neighbrohoods, but most everyone does not like the fees. I really don’t think I have meet someone who likes CDD fees. In Manateee County, most of the newer neighborhoods are going to have a CDD fee. This is fee built into the tax bill. Country Meadows has none! The HOA fee is a reasonable 900 a year.
School district is great, and shopping is nearby. Country Meadows in East Manatee County is definatly a must see if you are considering South west Florida.
